Notes
Solo run at Wildwood. Did a segment I don't do often which was nice. Lots of hills so I took it slow. Body felt mediocre today. Slow and sluggish at times. Wanted to get out on Wildwood before the fall rain made everything muddy. Wildwood is notorious for being a mud pit in the winter/ spring due to the nature of the trail and all the foot traffic it gets.
