Supervised & paced Liana's workout today at Nike. Today's workout: 2 mile tempo (5 min jog recovery) + 2 x 800m (400m jog recovery), 2 x 400m (200m recovery), 2 x 200m (200m recovery)
Liana torched this workout and I was very pleased. I tagged along on everything except the first 400's during her 800's. Body felt fluid and strong although I did get a little bit tired toward the end. First run back since my 5 day break. Kris was there filming and offering encouragement too (he did not run except for cooldown & last 200m) Weather was prefect outside with minimal wind on the track.
