Notes
Decided to do a 2nd run up at the Zoo after working with Nicole at Duniway. Had to take advantage of the BEAUTIFUL fall weather and get back on the trails. Blue sky and sunshine with perfect temperature. It was a very pleasant run and I took sometime to do some exploring half-way into the run. I stopped and walked a good half mile down the "Fir" trail which is an offshoot trail from Wildwood. It was a nice walk as it went through some places I've never been to before. 2nd half of the run felt good but I made sure to keep it as slow as I could today to get in some recovery time.
