Great run with Nicole on the Gales Creek/ Storey Burn trail loop! With the great weather (calm before the storm) had to get out the door and take advantage. Ran out to the new construction area and then back up Storey Burn and back to the car. No new progress made on a bridge in the new segment. Hopefully they will get on that before all the spring rain arrives. Body felt good today and I took it easy. Really great that Nicole decided to come along and see my favorite running spot.
