Nice run today in FG. Ended up running in the afternoon despite the warm day. I think my body has adapted to the heat as I did not feel affected at all. In fact, I felt the best yet on that run. I brought a water bottle with me just in case and took sips from it maybe 3 times. I forgot my GPS watch so I am guestimating my total time out on the road. I kind of enjoyed running without a watch for once. Maybe it was better as I wasn't worrying about my pace at all and taking a million glances at my watch. I felt very good and relaxed today and really enjoyed the run and the weather. Having runs like this is what keeps me going in this sport.
