Arizona run with Liana. Getting ready for Liana's race with a last minor workout. Had to drive around for a bit to find a high school track that was useable. Finally found one, after what seemed like an hour of searching. Warmed up with 2 miles around the track and then did 2 miles @ Liana's goal marathon pace (6:05). First mile in 6:08, second mile in 6:00. Body felt a little tough but not bad...mostly due to the warm weather. It felt awesome being able to run without a shirt on in the sun in January! Definately a treat. Cooldown with 1 mile then back to the car. First time running in the great State of AZ!
