Easy run before work. Weather seemed crappy on the way there but once I got outside it was fine. It was actually warm! I can't understand Oregon weather: Less than 24 hours ago it was 32 degrees. Today on my run it was 52 degrees!!! WHAT THE HELL!!? In the middle on January? Anyways, It was very pleasant during the run and the rain virtually stopped too. Body felt relatively good. Took it easy up the hills and picked up the pace a little on the flat. Park trails in great shape despite the rain. Noticed lots of improvements to the trail to keep it dryer.
