Ran with Ian on his wedding day!!! Started from the Ainsworth house in Oregon City and went out to Singercreek Park and back. So nice to run with Ian today on his special occasion! Dropped Ian off at the house and continued for another couple miles. Found a (short) nice little bark chip trail in some neighborhoods that led to a small creek and pond. Nice adventure run. Ran out to a hilly road and did 5 x 10 sec. hill sprints. Body felt very good and responsive. What a day to run! I think I might do this again on my wedding day someday!
