Easy run today with Helen around Hart Rd./Beaverton Neighborhoods. Helen and I explored a new park I've never been to that is kinda hidden away off of Hart. Rd. Its called Lowami Hart Woods Park. Really cool place with nice areas around Johnson Creek. Lots of trails present but they were undeveloped and kinda muddy and at times overgrown. Might be a cool place to run through later on in the summer. The rest of the run was relatively unpleasant and just running on sidewalks. Helen running slow today for recovery which meant I have to run super slow too.
