Great Halloween run today in Newberg with Kris! Continued on our new tradition of running in Newberg on Halloween. Weather conditions were perfect! No rain or wind and the temp was great. Ran the first few miles around the city before we got our bearings and headed out down the hwy toward Dundee. Ran down Fulquartz Rd. to the riverside and came back on Fox Farm Rd. Body felt a little sore & achy for the first half of the run but improved for the second half and the aches and pains seem to go away. Body seemed to hold up to the long distance as this was my first 'long run' since my time off from injury. Kris and I finished out the run with our trademark kicks through campus and it felt GREAT!!! This halloween run was another good memory and hopefully there will be more to come in the future.
