Great run today on the trails! Haven't been up there in a while. Germantown Rd. was closed so I had to find an alternative. Decided to do the rarely run Saltzman Rd./Wildwood segment. Not sure why I don't run this much, as it was a satisfying run. Maybe because its a little hard to make a loop & the last mile is always uphill. Hips felt very stiff and a little sore for the first half of the run. After my break at half-way they seemed to feel much better. Not sure why this is. I think I will make an appointment with Dr. Bryan Basinger at Clearwater Chiropractic. The PRC staff have a lot of good things to say about him and we get a special discount there making each visit only $20. Wow.
