Notes

Solid workout on the treadmill at the gym. Today's workout: 2 mi warm up + 3 x (1 mi, 800m) w/ 400m rec' @ 6:40 pace between intervals & 800m rec' @ 6:50 pace between sets. 1 mile intervals ranged between 5:45-5:50 pace & 800m intervals ranged between 5:21-5:27 pace. Body felt good during workout although once in a while I felt a little dizzy (maybe because I was working hard in a fasted state???) Did a .75 mile cooldown @ 6:35 pace because I was running out of time before work. I am happy with the outcome of this workout as it was the first 'Interval' session since my return from the Hamstring injury. Nice to be able to hit those paces again and not feel those hamstrings!
