Pleasant morning run with Helen at the Nike campus. Body felt relatively good today. Ran the first 5 miles with Helen, then did the next 3 or so solo and picked up the pace. Saw a few elites today on the trail. It is now a norm to see elites when I run there. Great morning for a run, slightly chilly.
