Nike Campus

Notes

Great run this morning with Helen at the Nike campus. Felt good. Ran out to THRPD and to the Nike campus track for a speed workout. Today's workout 6 x 400m @ 5K pace + 6 x 200m @ 1500m pace (alternating the 4's & 2's) w/ 200m jog recoveries. I actually felt pretty solid all the way through and was suprised at how easy the pace felt at times. Last couple I picked up the pace and felt a little burn at the end. I definately don't think I lost too much speed even though my mileage is over half lower than what it used to be. Good results, good workout. Helen looked fit too. 1.5 mile cooldown around the bark chip trail back to the car.
