Super easy run with Liana and Helen at Nike. Added on a new section to the traditional loop today that was awesome! Will have to permanently incorporate it everytime I run there. Body felt very good. Liana's tummy was bothering her so she took it easy. Nice to be able to run the entire thing on soft surface. Good to have the company.
