Great easy run today. Ran off of heart rate. Tried to keep myself in the mid 150's and I think I succeeded. I felt great when I finished. There were times I had to slow myself down because my heart rate was climbing. Makes me wonder if I was running my easy days too hard in the past. Actually, I know the answer to that, yes I was. Did 3 x 10 sec. hill sprints and felt good. No fasiculations or cramping afterward!!!!
