Great run with Nicole at Lief. Paced her for her 15 miler. She had an AWESOME run and not only ran faster than her previous half-marathon best, but totally destroyed her previous 15 mile best by 9 minutes!!! (on a hilly course). Weather was good, overcast and dry. Body felt relatively good, a little hip soreness toward the end but not bad. Haven't ran that far on Lief in a long time and it brought back memories of pounding out those long runs for Eugene I used to do. Enjoyed the run, nice to see Nicole continue to improve by so much!
