Beautiful day for a run. Body felt decent today, a lot better towards the second half of the run. Did the usual Carpenter Creek Loop but added 2 x 200m hill sprints up Ritchey Rd. by the cemetery. Heart rate got up pretty high for those. Finished the run at a decent pace too and felt good. Running by Montinore Vineyard was beautiful as always with the vines in full force starting to produce fruit.
