Notes
Great run today. Felt incredibly relaxed the entire time. First 4 or 5 miles were above 7 minute pace as I wanted to just relax. The rest of the time I upped the tempo a little but remained at a relaxed state. By the end of the run 6:20 pace felt like a jog. Weather was suppose to bring freezing rain and snow but nothing came of it. Great weather conditions actually, no wind.
