Recovery run with Helen and Liana at the Banks/Vernonia Trail. Parked at the Buxton trailhead. Ran into the Pacific University Cross Country team on the trail (who also parked at the Buxton Trailhead). Nice to see a lot of other runners on the trail. Went out to the bridge and then up the trail all the way to the 10 mile marker and back. Managed to stay on the bark chip trail most of the time which was nice. Nice to have the girls running with me.
