Great run with Liana today on the Leif. Out to the 4.5 mile post and back. Beautiful weather. Body felt pretty good. It was nice to run with Liana on Leif just the two of us. Stopped by Athlete's Lounge on the way back to check out race tops for her for Chicago. Found a nice blue one.
