Cooler weather and damp, humidity very high at 96% humidity. Did 19 laps - 5 lap times of 15mins 20secs, 15mins 21secs and 15mins 22secs. Then didn't time the last 4 laps but expecting the same times. Tried to go easy as legs still sore and wanted to make sure this was a recovery run.
