Very humid day for a run, 95% humidity and 25 degrees. Planned a long run, but knew early on it wasn't going to happen. Did laps in 18mins 5secs, 19mins 18secs, and 19mins 2 secs with a gel/salt break. Then 2km back in 9mins 51 secs. Could have done more but had a tweak in the calf and a blister from the dampness, so called it off.
