Easy running - cold night, and calf a bit sore which isn't a good sign. Did 5 laps - 15mins 25secs, 15mins 21secs, 15mins 21secs (with a long toilet break in the middle), 15mins 5secs and 15mins 1sec. Then a last 500m in 2mins 23secs. Kept pace down and kept it comfortable.
