Started slightly injured with a plantar issue, and finished properly injured. Ran generally pain-free but was not comfortable on the downhills and lost time there. Easy enough first 10m, but quite a lot harder after 20km and got worse thereafter. 2nd lap was a struggle. Caffeine gels at 30km and 35km made a big difference and I could keep up an ok pace from 35km onwards and started catching a few people. Last China Coast for me - 5 times I've done it now.
