Better weather today, down at 21 degrees. And I was feeling better after a day off. Went around Quarry Bay Park, then out to the top of Chai Wan Road hill - it takes 3mins 12secs to go up. Then back down, a gel at the park entrance, back to the first entrance, a loop around and back to the water fountain and then another 600m to get over 15km. Felt better running in this weather.
