First time on this course. Hard going up the first hill and working quite hard along Bowen Road. Stopped for water/gel at the 2km marker - next time maybe at the 3km marker. Lost about a minute crossing roads and doing up my shoelaces. Aim in future will be to get round in under 1hr.
