Not very good. Didn’t feel great by around 12-13kmh. Pushed on and had a bit of pace for the last 3km and stopped at the HM. Well short of the 30km planned. Running along the harbour front is a bit rubbish until you get to Causeway Bay/Wanchai, then it’s better but rather busy.
