Really not feeling good for this one. Quite tired and aches and pains in my legs. I thought after staring that 3km would be enough. Pushed on to 5km and then felt a bit better and kept going. Never easy but at least didn't feel any worse as I went on.
5 lap times of 14mins 55secs and 14mins 33secs, so not slow running, though it felt slow. Then 2 more laps and 400m to make 8.1km. Good enough under the circumstances.
