A dry day, humidity under 50% at lunchtime though it had risen to just over 60% by mid-evening. temperature was 27 degrees. Felt like a good running day. Did 3 easy laps of Happy Valley aiming for 7mins per lap, actual times were 6mins 38secs, 6mins 28secs and 6mins 25secs. Last lap picked up after around 600m after someone passed me and did this is 5mins 47secs. Nice pace towards the end.
