Hard going but best time yet on this course. 3mins 42secs to the first hill, 8mins 46secs to the bus stop (including 8secs to cross the road). Then 6mins 14secs to the petrol station. Last section a bit slower than before, perhaps because no time to catch my breathe crossing the road. Nice running, pleased with that.
