Notes
Horribly warm and humid. Planned for more running than I did. Did 4 laps in an ok pace - 12mins 41secs and 12mins 29secs for 2 laps each, which is ok but it was quite hard on the 3rd and 4th laps. Stopped then for water and a gel. The gel (Zipvit rhubard was horrible in both taste and what it did to my tummy).
Then planned 4 more laps but did just enough to get to 10km in 13mins 48secs for 2 laps and 6mins 39secs for the last one lap.
Not much fun. Back to the treadmill. The weight above is after the run, before was much more.
