Planned an easy 10km. Not that easy to start, feeling quite heavy, but kept going and picked up a lot over the last 2-3 laps keeping up with a quicker runner. 5 lap times of 14mins 44secs, 14mins 20secs and 14mins 1sec. Then 400m to reach 10km in 44mins 40secs and 1 more lap in 2mins 31secs (quite a quicky).
