Humid day, 91-94%, and this was harder than I expected. First lap (8km) in 37mins 48secs, next 8km in 38mins 49mins and next 8km in 40mins 47secs. Then 7mins 50secs down to Happy Valley. There were 2 gel breaks of 1min 20-30secs each and a 45secs shoe tieing break after 16km, all excluded from the above time.
Overall, slow and not a happy run, shoes were painful too. Not great. On the plus side, battled on despite humidity and crappy shoes.
