Final 10km in the DS-T16. Easy running as it was a warm evening. Hamstring still sore and borderline being pulled. 5 lap times of 15mins 23secs, 15mins 24secs and 15mins 26secs. Then past 10km in 48mins 7secs and went on to 10.2km (16 laps). Not great running, but at least it was a run.
