Started off quite easy and built up some pace - 10 laps in 28mins 3secs, already quite good, then the next 5 laps in 13mins 22secs and 10km in 42mins 58secs. 13km in 55mins 10secs and then 15.3km in 1hr 4mins 57secs. My longest run at Quarry Bay I think.
