20km run today on Bowen Road. 4km splits were 17mins 22secs, 17mins 44secs, 17mins 57secs, 18mins 17secs and 18mins 19secs, then 400m on Blue Pool Road to the top of the hill in 1min 42secs.
Feeling a bit sore and could feel it wasn't doing much good towards the end. Good run though, decent pace just a couple of days after a long run.
