Too windy to be a pleasant run, just did what was needed to get it over. Running towards Aldrich Bay was a strong headwind, but coming back was better. Two long laps in 23mins 58secs and 23mins 3secs (with a bit quicker over the last 500m), then a final 200m in 54secs.
