Didn't feel good, quite stiff and not fluid. Strong wind from Sai Wan Ho end made running East quite hard. Surprisingly quick considering. Lap times of 14mins 52secs, 14mins 45secs and 14mins 37secs. Then a long 5km lap in 22mins 31secs (with the 3.2km portion in 14mins 26secs). Then a last 400m in 1min 49secs. Turned out ok, but not very enjoyable.
