Took it easy for once, and the weather was a bit cooler, so managed more than expected today. Did 18 laps (5 lap times of 15mins 6secs, 14mins 45secs and 14mins 35secs and 3 more in 8mins 41secs). Then a Powergel (funny taste, high sodium) and 7 more laps to get to 10 miles. 5 laps in 14mins 41secs and 2 more in 5mins 46secs.
Very good effort today, not a bad week - had planned 50km for the second week after a marathon and have got to close to 65km.
