28 degrees and 85% humidity. This was an easy pace but felt like a tempo run, out of breath after 10-15mins. Pushed on to 8km, progressively harder after about 8 laps. 5 lap times of 14mins 25secs and 14mins 10secs which is quite quick in this weather.
