Good run, at least a little quicker than last year, and with warmer weather and after a week of over-eating and over-drinking. Nice and easy over the first 15km behind a good pacemaker. Picked up at 15km and made up a few places in the last 5km. Trying hard towards the end but good to reachthe 15km mark of a HM feeling good.
