Kept the pace quite easy - it was the warmest evening of the year, touching 27 degrees in the day though the evening was probably around 23 degrees.
Lap times of 18mins 54secs, 19mins 6secs, 19mins 14secs, 19mins 33secs, 20mins 27secs, 19mins 42secs, 19mins 2secs and 18mins 58secs. Then a last 400m in 2mins 3secs.
Got it done and felt fine for the first 20km. Shoes were pretty good too.
