Hot day so decided early to take it easy. Started way back and jogged the first 3km. Picked up a bit of pace later and turned it on on the catchwater, only to find there was another 1.5km to go at the end of the catchwater. Last few minutes were hard going but still felt better than usual for a hot weather run.
