Another hot day. Even taking it easy 7km is quite enough. Tried to go slow and save energy for Friday's fast session, but time was ok, under 5mins/km. 5 lap times of 15mins 21secs and 15mins 30secs, then a last lap in 3mins 0secs which is not bad at all in this weather.
