Too hot to run fast so stuck with a steady pace. Careful to get enough to drink and kept the pace up to the end. Rewarded with one of the fastest times of the day. Quite encouraging as a few years ago I was much slower on this course and this is about my best warm weather run (expected around 1hr 50mins).
