Wow! Didn't think I could get round this course in this time. Started quick, slowed at the start of the second 5 laps, then picked up, slowed again at the start of the third 5 laps and this picked up for a quick finish. 5 lap times were 13mins 11secs, 13mins 5secs and12mins 23secs with 1min 24secs for the last 400m (17.1kmh, which is good). Plenty of slowing and dodging too. Definitely in the 38mins for a 10km on the road.
