2 more laps of Bowen Road to get to 16km. Again planned to go easy but had someone to follow on the first lap for 3km, then took a gel break. And ran with PdG on the way back which made it go a bit quicker - laps of 18mins 20secs and 18mins 41secs.
Gel was ok - tastes good and thin consistency.
