Taking it easier today as interval session the next day and the weather was warmer/humid too Up to Bowen Road in 9mins 24secs, first Bowen Road lap in 19mins 48secs which was quite a relaxed pace. Second lap a bit quicker in 18mins 26secs. Up to HKCC in 7mins 18secs and back to Happy Valley in 11mins 34secs.
Slower than previous weeks but time lost on first Bowen Road lap and coming down from HKCC, which is ok. Hills were done at similar pace to previous weeks.
