Nice and easy run in the collets weather since Summer ended. Started slowly with a 15mins 48secs lap, then 15mins 28secs, then 15mins 49secs (actually part of this was in the toilet, it was perhaps 25secs quicker), then 15mins 21secs. Then a lat 400m in 1min 51secs. Good recovery run, felt better afterwards.
